227 improvements have gone into BUZ since June 2026 — new features, refinements and fixes. They arrive automatically: nothing to download, nothing to install, and no upgrade project to schedule.

September 2026
- A supplier directory for finding and connecting with wholesalers on the BUZ Network.
- Rep calendars can sync into a shared mailbox, so the team sees bookings without opening someone's diary.
- Card numbers are now scrambled in your browser before they are sent, so the raw number never reaches our servers.
- Look up and update price grids, cost grids and item prices by asking the BUZ assistant.
- Seven more merge fields in the email composer, including check-measure date, time and notes.
- Leads can be saved with only a state, for businesses that do not need a full install address.
- Phone search now matches on the digits, so brackets, spaces and dashes no longer matter.
August 2026
- Dark mode across the whole platform.
- A redesigned MyBUZ, a restyled dashboard and rebuilt report pages.
- An AI assistant on your dashboard — help without leaving BUZ.
- Contacts and suppliers became one Accounts list, with a 360° view of every customer.
- Email marketing campaigns, with a rich editor and live audience counts.
- Quote follow-up reminders, a Follow-ups due band on My Day and a follow-ups widget.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendar integration, plus one-click Google Calendar connect.
- A customer × inventory discount matrix, and bulk pricing transfers through Excel.
- Job Tracking and Dispatch split into separate workspaces.
July 2026
- Plan your day on a map, with multi-stop routes for leads.
- A new settings home with a guided organisation setup checklist.
- Your sales team is emailed automatically whenever a new lead comes in.
- Status-change emails for leads, orders and purchase orders, each linking to the record.
- Installers and sales users can be restricted to their own records and appointments.
- A new Follow-ups Overdue report.
June 2026
- BUZ v6 went live on 14 June — new sign-in, MyBUZ, dashboard and settings.
- Multi-factor authentication, with codes by SMS or email and passkey sign-in.
- A new account and usage dashboard, with your details, usage and recent invoices together.
- Xero and MYOB integration screens rebuilt natively inside BUZ.
- A simpler sign-up, with three months free.
- Customer merge and de-duplicate, with a 360° activity timeline.
